::Delicious Ramen 🍜
おみくじこよみ
::I visited on a day when a typhoon was approaching, so it wasn't crowded even at lunchtime! Unfortunately, the spicy ramen I wanted was out of stock, so I had curry ramen. It's like curry ramen at a ramen shop. It was ramen with a curry flavor! (Adding garlic gave it a richer flavor and was delicious) It's a small shop with only a counter, so it might be crowded during normal lunch hours. I'm interested in miso ramen, tandan noodles, and spicy ramen, so I'd like to visit them again if I have a chance! At the end, I was given a gacha spin for 100 yen. I got a super ball (〃ω〃) Thank you for the meal♪

::``It's delicious, but the aftertaste is strangely salty.'' The ramen is very delicious with a light soy sauce soup and plenty of back fat, but the umami taste when you eat it suddenly turns salty. ・Ramen 800 yen, large size 120 yen Their business hours are 11am until they run out of soup, and last time I went there they closed at 3pm. This time I visited during lunch time. Along Higashihachi Street in Mitaka, there were several customers in the store when we arrived around 13:00. There are only 7 seats at the counter, water is self-service, and menu orders are paid in advance (pay in cash at the counter). There is also a gacha. It will be ready in about 5 minutes. Table seasonings included pepper, chili pepper, and grated garlic. The ramen looks like it's made with back fat and is very delicious. It is a very delicious soup that is made with back fat and is very light and smooth to drink, and the light soy sauce has a strong flavor. That's what I thought at first, but after I finished eating, I was suddenly struck by the salty taste. (Did the salt and chemical seasonings that remained undissolved at the bottom of the soup come all at once?) The medium thin noodles go well with the soup and are delicious. The large portion will satisfy you with the amount of noodles. The toppings are standard green onions, bean sprouts, menma, and seaweed, and the chashu pork is soft and has a little flavor. The food was well-balanced overall and the back fat in particular was delicious, but I was concerned about the salt content and found myself getting quite thirsty while eating it. I drank about 3 glasses of water and stopped eating soup about halfway through. Personally, I like the backfat chacha style ramen and it's delicious, but since it's only served during the day, I'm concerned about the salt content, so I'll give it an average rating.
