When you think of Nagaoka, you think of Nagaoka Ramen, Nagaoka Ramen, or Aoshima Shokudo, but I had eaten at Aoshima Shokudo in Akihabara, so I was thinking of something other than ramen, but I found this restaurant with a good reputation last minute, and ended up having ramen. The menu is simple: soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, and gyoza as a side menu. When it comes to soy sauce and salt, soy sauce is slightly more dominant, but salt is also quite popular. The char siu topping rate is high. I chose gyoza for salt ramen without toppings. The noodles were soft and medium-thick, and the soup had a simple taste, but the flavor of ginger gradually spread as I continued eating. The char siu was exquisite, and I regret not using it as a topping. The dumplings, on the other hand, have a chewy skin and plenty of toppings, making them a satisfying meal, but they're at the level you'd normally get at a local Chinese restaurant that specializes in dumplings. I didn't dare to choose. Of course, if you're a big eater, you can order both and get the extra large serving (one person did), but if you have to choose one, the char siu noodles are the best choice. Add soy sauce and salt to your preference. Also, although it is basically a simple ramen and is very good as an everyday meal, I don't think it's something you would have to wait in line to eat (I'm talking about Nagaoka ramen in general). However, it is natural that this restaurant has a good reputation due to its spacious kitchen, popular restaurant that is not extravagant, cheerful service, good customer service, and cleanliness. It was unusual for tablecloths to be uniformly yellow.

Visited for a late lunch. I ordered a large bowl of shoyu ramen. I laughed at how big it came out! The ginger-flavored soup was delicious until the end. Is there a small number of parking spaces? Thank you for the meal.

"The other day, I had the opportunity to visit Taichi, a popular ramen restaurant in Nagaoka City that was recommended by a business partner. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a calm atmosphere, with counter seats as the main focus, creating a comfortable space. **What I ordered:** The highlight of the day was the signature ginger soy sauce ramen. The first sip of the soup has a refreshing ginger aroma, and its delicate yet deep flavor leaves a refreshing aftertaste that leaves you feeling pleasant with every sip. Particularly noteworthy is the char siew. The soft, thickly sliced chashu melted in your mouth, and its juiciness made the ramen even more appealing. **Try a large portion:** I ordered a large portion and was overwhelmed by the amount. There are plenty of noodles and toppings on the plate, making it a satisfying meal. **Overview:** "Taichi" is a ramen restaurant that is known for its flavorful soup, high-quality char siu, and satisfyingly large portions. When you visit Nagaoka City, be sure to try a delicious cup of ramen at Taichi. It is sure to satisfy ramen lovers. We hope this review will help you have a wonderful dining experience. Please enjoy your visit to “Taichi”! "

Visited during lunch time. Since it was before 12 o'clock, I was able to enter the store without waiting. Since I'm on a business trip from Kanto, I can't come often, so I had the extra-large char siu men. When the ramen arrived, I was surprised that it actually came in a bowl the same size as the sample. The bowl is very large if it is large or special. The ramen is a Takeoka-style restaurant, so I think it's easy to eat without any harsh smells. The inside of the store is bright and clean with white lighting. The staff greeted me cheerfully and I am grateful for their courteous customer service. Thank you for the meal.
