::It was a very crowded shop, and last Sunday I gave up because I couldn't find a parking spot, so this Sunday I arrived 10 minutes early and entered the shop when it opened ☺️ I ordered ramen with flavored egg topping and kakuni bowl. My husband had salt ramen with a large serving of flavored egg topping and boiled offal. Share the boiled gyoza and 3 gyoza ☺️ Delivery is fast, so rotation is good. It tastes like me, but Has the flavor of ramen become stronger than it did a few years ago? The previous diluted version was more delicious, but it was delicious😁✨✨I love handmade noodles☺️ Same goes for my husband's salt ramen, but I wonder if both ramen probably use a lot of chemical seasonings. It has a strange mellowness to it. However, even though it's not char siu noodles, I'm happy to have 3 pieces of ramen with char siu 🎵😍🎵 After all, the dish that was delicious was the Kakunidon😃💕 It's soft and stains, and the kakuni restaurants in Miyako make my jaw tired, but here I don't have to use my jaw, so aunties are happy 🎵😍🎵 (lol) The boiled gyoza is a little strong, the soup is a little sour, and it's refreshing and delicious 🍴😆 The grilled gyoza is big and filling and delicious 🍴😆✨ Basically, it's probably because the amount of everything is large. Even as a big eater, I was full😃 Maybe it was because it was Sunday, but there were quite a few staff members, so they were quick to respond. It just seems like it's a business-like thing and doesn't feel like a human being. There's nothing wrong with it, and it's a tatami room, so it's safe for children, and can be used by everyone from individuals to families. The taste is also consistent and I think it's good 😃💕 Thank you for the full meal🎵

::This week is also the week when I want to eat green bamboo noodles (lol) So, I went to Shindosan. I went there once about 20 years ago, when I wasn't writing a food log. Arrive 15 minutes before opening and be the first! The number of cars started to increase one after another from about 5 minutes ago, so I was second in line. One minute before the store opened, there was a huge line! ! ! Inside the restaurant, you can choose between counter seats and a small raised area, which is bright with natural light. ・Charshu men (salt) 1,200 yen (tax included) + 100 yen for large serving The noodles are so huge that you can't even see the soup, and the char siu rises on top of the noodles (lol) When I pulled it up to take a photo of the noodles being lifted up, the noodles were seriously too big lol I usually start with the soup, but this time I'll start with the noodles! Boiled to a soft consistency, it's pillowy and slippery and goes down easily. The soup is not too salty and has a light yet rich flavor. I think there were about 8 pieces of chashu. It's thin, but if you try to pick it up with chopsticks, it will fall apart. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu tastes great when eaten with noodles. Anyway, the large portion was 100 yen more and the volume was perfect. ・Eina Ramen 1,070 yen (tax included) It is said to be the second most popular dish with a light soup base and secret spicy miso. It seemed like about half of the customers ordered "Eina Ramen." Ingredients: 3 pieces of chashu, wakame, naru, and white onions. A cup of moderate spiciness. ・Brand Chinese cabbage dumplings (6 pieces) 500 yen (tax included) These are large, fluffy dumplings. I like that the skin is soft and the vegetables are crunchy.

::I went in the afternoon, so there were about 3 groups waiting. When I was guided into the store in about 10 minutes, I felt that the customer service from the staff was good. I ordered the most popular ramen with soy sauce and half fried rice, and after about 5 minutes of waiting, the food was served. Shoyu ramen is Sano style ramen. Personally, I felt that it would have been better if the bonito stock was a little more effective. The half-fried rice has a good amount of salt, but I feel like it needs more pepper. Is it bland overall? I think it's a good meal during the summer when you don't have an appetite.

::Lunch on August 18, 2020. Arrived around 2pm. It was the last day of Obon and I was worried about going out for lunch, so I looked around to see if there was anything open, and I found this place was open until late, so I stopped by. This is my second visit since I came here about 10 years ago. Parking is available in front of the store and across the street. The front of the store was empty, so I parked my car and went inside. Even though it was only 2pm, the restaurant was extremely crowded as it was a popular restaurant. For the time being, I made a note and looked at the menu table in the waiting area at the entrance and made a selection, and he immediately came to pick up the menu. I ordered the third most popular item, ``Stamina Ramen with Salt,'' ``6 branded Chinese cabbage dumplings,'' and ``Kakunidon.'' After a while, I was guided into the store. There were a few seats at the counter and about 8 tables in the raised area. Since there were only two of us, we sat at a table. Everything I asked for was brought to me at the same time as the water was brought...a bowl of rice! The soup is very clear and very gentle and delicious. The soup was mild on its own, but when you drink it with the garlic dissolved in it, it suddenly takes on a different side. And as for the noodles, Aotake's unique ``Piro Piro Noodles'' ”The unique texture is irresistible 😁 The chashu is smooth and has a good texture and oiliness, making it the perfect type that won't leave your stomach feeling heavy 😊 The eggs, which were raised at the perfect time, are exquisite. It’s half-boiled and still delicious 😋 I think the dumplings are probably made at the store rather than ready-made. It's delicious as is with all the ingredients in the pan-pan, but it's best served with vinegar and pepper. If I try the soup dumplings that I'm interested in, I'll try them next time 😆 Although it is a braised rice bowl, it is a top-quality braised dish with just the right amount of sweetness, and the green onions and ginger remove the odor while adding flavor. A restaurant that serves Kakuni rice bowls has recently opened nearby, but the Achira was so sweet and greasy that I felt sick to my stomach halfway through it, and I'm not sure if I'd try it a second time, but Shindo-san's Kakuni bowls are crispy and have ginger on the front. Maybe it's because he cooks so well and the meat is so good, but I ate a fair amount and didn't have any symptoms of stomach upset. The same goes for the ramen chashu. All of them are first-class products 😁 If you are interested, please Please come and visit us once 😁

::Amazing ramen at this restaurant. The noodles are thin and hand rolled. I had a salt based ramen. The broth was very light but tasty. The cheapest ramen in 680 yen. There are also an assortment of side dishes. The gyoza for 320 yen was very rich and delicious. There is also a chashu rice bowl side dish which is decent for 320 yen. The service was very quick as well.
