::I finally got to try the kelp water tsukemen that I had been curious about for a long time. I felt that it was a bit difficult to enter considering the location, and I was worried about it, but I had been skipping it for a long time, but since it was Golden Week, I decided to enter. I ordered a flavored egg and 3 pieces of char siu as an option, but they happened to have no seaweed, so they gave me 1 extra piece of char siu. At first, I brought it to my mouth as the instructions said, ``You should eat it as is.'' I guess it's because I like dashi soup to begin with, but it had a very nice taste without any unpleasant tastes, and I was so excited that I kept eating it. The dipping sauce is chicken-based soy sauce and the bowl was piping hot.It looked thick at first glance, but the soup mixed with it gave it a calming feel.The medium-thin straight noodles were smooth and went down smoothly. To finish off the meal, prepare hojicha instead of split soup. It feels like I'm drinking a new soup that isn't tea or dipping sauce. Overall, I would say it's "unique", and there's no doubt that it's a cup that you can only taste here. Southern music was always playing in the store, and the owner sometimes sang it, so I guess he was probably a fan of Keisuke Kuwata as well as a fan of Yazawa. It's not ramen but Chinese noodles, and it feels like they've not only been particular about it, but have also done a lot of research, so I think the ``Kichi'' in Menkichi's name means ``crazy'' rather than ``kichi.''
