This is a chain restaurant, so a similar experience should happen at them all. I had spicy ramen and it was very good. Next time I'm going to try the garlic rice because it also looked delicious. We will be back.

Went before dinner rush, place was very empty. There is a kiosk to order from and get your tickets there. Multiple languages. Had spicy ramen and gyoza. Food was delivered piping got and fast.

This is a great place to get ramen, the staff sends items to your table using a little robot that drives around. When you receive the food from the robot you push the yellow button on top to send it back. I typically eat here when I want quick spicy miso ramen. It is probably the best ramen dish they have others I didn't enjoy as much and it seems to be a general consensus in my circle that their other ramens are good, but not great. The spicy miso has the perfect amount of kick to it, but I don't drink the broth after finishing the noodles because it is heavy on the pepper and it gets caught in your throat (chili pepper I believe). Their dumplings are good, unfortunately one of the times we ate there they were a little overcooked but typically they come out fine. Service is good, but nothing to write home about. You order on a machine at the front now which takes a second to get used to and it will time-out in the middle of your order and erase it all if you take too long looking. The robot comes to your table so there is minimal interaction with the workers which can be good or bad. For me, I don't mind that at all and it lets you have a more "private" atmosphere where no one is coming up and disturbing conversations. The fried rice comes out in a hot plate and is pretty good. I recommend the garlic butter fried rice if you are going to get one. Overall, I really do enjoy this place for a quick bite to eat and do recommend it.

Always a nice afternoon stop. Many styles and flavors of ramen, and the garlic butter fried rice is amazing.

The food was delicious but... I was vomiting violently and felt like I was dying 4-5 hours after I ate their ramen. Maybe it was something else I ate but I doubt it.. but pretty tasty though, I will probably check it out again before I leave Japan.
