::I got the soy sauce char siu noodles and half fried rice set. We have a full takeout menu.

::I came here because my family invited me to eat because there is something like a regional new ticket. Salt ramen and my family had hiyashi chuka. The rice bowl arrived without a long wait. First, the soup. Yeah, it's not that salty. The noodles are thin and I personally like them. When I added the pepper, more than I expected came out and I panicked (lol) If you like the hardness or taste of the noodles, go to a famous restaurant. It was delicious for me. I would like to try other flavors if I have a chance. By the way, my family said that the hiyashi chuka had commercially available pumpkin and egg rolls (^0^;)

::Ramen made from homemade noodles and locally produced for local consumption. There was a newspaper article about local production for local consumption and explanations about soy sauce-based soups. The recommended item seems to be the Kachiboshi Special, but it's sold out. The next recommended item after the special was miso ramen, so I ordered it. The miso ramen was spicy and delicious with sesame seeds. The gyoza was also full of cabbage and tasted good. The price is exclusive of tax.

::The ramen was piping hot until the end. There's no menma in it, but there's salt, soy sauce, miso ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. Everything was delicious.

::I received the Hokuto Tanrei soy sauce. The moment the bowl was placed on the table, the very nice aroma of Mitsuba and the aroma of the soup tickled my nose, and I thought it was the perfect ramen... First of all, the noodles are crumbly. I felt very positive about the concept of using ingredients from Hokuto City. When we say we offer something called ramen, I don't think it's okay to offer something that doesn't really qualify as ramen. Featured articles were also posted on the wall. Although it was written as ``chewy noodles,'' it was far from this and felt like thick noodles that were crumbly. Also, the thick noodles in the soup won't stick together. I thought medium or thin would be better. It felt like the light and clear soup was spoiled. As mentioned in other people's posts, I saw a post saying that the store is closed on irregular days, so even if you try to visit the store, it may not be open. I was also at this store for the third time and it was finally open. I'm just guessing from here, but I feel like this ramen was even more delicious when I first finished it. I felt like I couldn't make it well because I didn't cook it properly on a regular basis. I don't think I'll ever go there again, but it's hard to tell when it's open, so if I happen to be passing by and it's open, I'd like to try something different on the menu.
