  I went to Ramen Ichiro at the corner of Super Fukuhara in Memuro-cho. I entered the store around 11:30. There are two customers ahead of us and one customer behind us. This is my first visit to the store. It is a vertical store with a counter and a small raised area. I ordered soy sauce char siu noodles for 950 yen. The rice bowl is ready in about 10 minutes. It's topped with a large pork belly roll. The noodles are from Nishiyama Seimen. Contains bean sprouts and onions. I guess it's Horyu style ramen. The chashu is thin, but the taste is delicious. The soup is light. As I continued eating, I noticed that there was no menma in it. If you order it additionally, it will cost 100 yen. If I feel like something is missing, it's because I don't have menma. I realized once again that menma is important in ramen. I learned a lot. Thank you for the meal. 🎵

  I had the miso gomoku ramen.The soup was rich and delicious, and the noodles were chewy and delicious. The taste is basically the same as the ramen at Horyu Shimizu and Mikage stores, so you can rest assured.
