I don't know how many years it's been since. In the past, it was a mediocre soup, and as someone with Fukuoka DNA, I wish they wouldn't call it Hakata Ramen. It turned out delicious! The soup has a strong flavor and no strange smell. There is a stock on the table, so you can add it when you change the soup to make it delicious till the end. It has the necessary flavor changes such as pickled ginger, ground sesame seeds, and mustard greens. I ate all the noodles, and they were all delicious. Personally, I would be happy if there were green onions and wood ear mushrooms. I'm glad I came. I'll bother you again. Add 2024.5 Bean sprout ramen. The amount of bean sprouts is quite large. It's a tasteless type that is boiled, so you can enjoy it deliciously by adding soup stock. Bean sprouts go well too.

Is the store staff not very friendly and not motivated? Even though I'm eating, I'm trying to clean up little by little. I wanted to buy a substitute, but I didn't want to buy another meal ticket because it was a hassle. When I left the store, a customer entered the store by mistake.   One of the few Hakata ramen shops in Hachinohe. I ordered straight noodles, firm, and with a lot of oil. The amount of mustard greens served per serving is just right. After all, it wasn't enough, so I added extra balls. However, I can't help but feel that it's a bit pricey, with the extra egg costing 160 yen and the other toppings also costing 160 yen.
