::I came to the store after 13:00 on a Saturday, and there was no wait and I was able to enter the store easily. There are table seats and counter seats, so it seems safe to bring children. I ordered the shrimp miso ramen, and the flavor of shrimp was fragrant from the soup. Please note that the soup at the bottom has a lot of shells and has a chewy texture! I ordered shrimp miso char siu noodles on another day.

::I ordered shrimp miso ramen (950 yen) + extra egg (150 yen). Free backfat topping. A sip of soup. delicious! It's not addictive, but it's delicious. The flavor of the shrimp is strong! It goes well with the noodles and goes well with the bean sprouts. Perhaps it was due to the amount of time it took to soak in the hot water, but the noodles were thin and arrived very quickly after ordering. Here, the taste is strange and I added some garlic on the table. This is also delicious. Added chili oil in the second half to make the taste even weirder! This is not good lol The inside of the store is larger than the outside, and there are plenty of seats. I knew about the store's existence, but I couldn't go there because it's located in an area with a lot of traffic, but I wish I had gone there earlier🤔 [Revisit] It was so delicious that I came back right away and ordered flame shrimp noodles with medium spiciness. The spiciness is more spicy than umami, but it has a good flavor that goes well with the rice. However, the shrimp flavor is quite diluted, so perhaps shrimp miso is the best. [Further revisit] I ordered shrimp miso spicy meat noodles. This is also delicious, but it doesn't compare to regular shrimp miso. I have a bad habit of wanting to try something different on the menu...lol I decided to eat shrimp miso next time.

::Must say I was hesitant about the broth but holy flavor does it work. I love the hint of shrimp! Makes it that much better. The only thing missing is actually shrimp in the ramen. I recommend this place and order the number 1 with the banana cider. Won’t disappoint

::Wow this is Top 3 for me in Hachinohe! The medium spicy Miso pork has a well balanced shrimp flavor. I really enjoyed this shop, the people are Super friendly and the ramen flavor was amazing! Overall this dish has sweet, spicy, and savory notes almost a perfect dish. Definitely one of my best meals in Hachinohe!!
