::A restaurant that specializes in miso. There are many other options such as soy sauce, shio, tonkotsu, etc., but I always get the ``tama miso''. This ramen has meat miso on top of a large spoon, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors as it melts. Meat miso is a sweet miso, so it won't be too salty when melted, but rather it will give it a richer taste. The ramen is delicious as is, so I don't dissolve the meat miso at first and eat half of it on the rice. It also goes very well with rice. Nishiyama Seimen's noodles are bright yellow, chewy and shiny egg noodles. The noodles were rich in flavor and chewy until the end, making them a perfect match for the miso. And the chashu here is very delicious. It's large, thick, and soft, and the seasoning is especially great! Recommended. There are also a variety of tabletop seasonings that you can customize to your liking. This is a highly recommended restaurant as they also offer other services such as small bowls.

::It's been a while since I've been here, and it's still crowded at noon. I could barely sit down. I received Den miso for 900 yen and medium size for 150 yen. It is characterized by the sweet miso topping on the astragalus. It looks like it might be salty, but when you eat it, it turns out to be sweet and delicious. The noodles are medium thick, filling and go well with the soup. The char siu is large and soft, but has just the right amount of chewy texture, making it taste like meat and is delicious.

::When you come to the Hiranai area, this is a ramen shop that you must stop by. The chef is the only one making the food, so it may take some time, but it's delicious so please wait (lol) Recommended dishes are the tamiso ramen and the rich salt ramen. Both have large pieces of roasted pork on top. Rice miso has meat miso on the astragalus, and it's good to melt, or it's delicious to eat with chashu. Rich salt is creamy, gentle, rich, and delicious.
