  I visited ``Rairaitei Akashi Okubo Branch'' along National Route 2 for the first time. I ordered a pork kimchi set meal for 1,070 yen and a richer version for 80 yen (highest price including consumption tax).The bill was 1,150 yen. At ``Rairaitei,'' you can eat grated garlic, red miso chili pepper, and pickled plums for free. Unfortunately, the ramen soup at this store was very lukewarm (I had the lukewarm soup at any Rairaitei store I've ever eaten at).However, I'm always impressed by the taste of the soup, and it's about the same as the main store in Shiga Prefecture. It's the same, and the technology of making the taste uniform compared to other stores is amazing. Is it a central kitchen system? The problem was that I ordered hard noodles but was served soft noodles. The rice is hard and perfect for small children. I don't know when it started, but every Rairaitei store has a lot of green onions, and even when I order it, I don't have enough green onions. The char siu had the same flavor as Rairaitei. The pork kimchi was also delicious. I was impressed by the staff as each seat was equipped with a water pitcher and a baggage bucket.

  It's neither good nor bad. I like the fact that it's not salty. Not just ramen, but almost a set meal restaurant. In the end, it's the other side of the coin that you can't compete with ramen. Not because it's a chain restaurant, but I thought it was tonkotsu ramen, but it turned out to be soy sauce ramen. excuse me. Number of ⭐️ as a rating for soy sauce ramen. It's 1000 times more delicious than a certain Shinra noodles. Oh, that wasn't something humans would eat. It was garbage made by a child with a taste disorder.
