::Rich ramen Lots of onions in the noodles Looks like it might be too much salt. Kaname is the correct answer for thin noodles with low water content.

::I tried the miso ramen here for the first time. The taste is normal. Ordered with less back fat. The taste is okay. The miso flavor makes you think that the original soup is Rairaitei... It tasted like I wanted something a little more rich. I haven't been here for a while, and they changed to a system where you can order using a tablet. You will also receive a paper apron, so you can eat with peace of mind.

::I ate the Dandan noodles, and it was very delicious with just the right amount of spiciness and richness.

::I went to Rairaitei☝️ This was my first time at this store, and I had heard that the taste and consistency of the noodles differ depending on the store, so I was curious...🤭 It's packed with customers even on weekday lunchtimes 👍️ However, there was almost no waiting time and we were seated smoothly ☝️ Ordered “Ramen Hard” and “Fried Karaage Set Meal” ☝️ There is now a touch panel ordering method~☺️ ``Serving fried chicken with rice...'' is the best way to eat it.👍️ It was filling and delicious~♪ Next time I would like to order "fried rice"! It's a pity that the store clerk wasn't very cheerful...😔 Also, with the touch panel type, there are only ``hard, normal, and soft'' noodle hardness... It would be helpful if you could include ``Harigane'' and ``Powder Otoshi''! ️ Everyone please go and check it out~👍️

::I think "spicy noodles" should be used instead of "spicy noodles." I ordered the spicy noodles with 3 spicy wonton topping, but the flavor was zero. It's just greasy and I don't know what the ``flavor'' is. The spiciness is normal. The wontons I ordered for 150 yen were all stuck together, making it look like I was eating a chunk of gyoza skin. I also ordered chashu noodles, but it was completely different from the menu photo, with only thin pieces of meat scattered around. However, the staff was friendly, so I gave it 3 stars. But I don't think I will go there in the future.
