::Iekei ramen shop near Fujisawa Asahicho Kokuya is nearby in this area. I'm glad there's a parking lot behind the store along the river. Ramen with white onion topping You can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles. Order with thick noodles It's crunchy and has a lot of gray onions, which makes me happy. It's a pity that the soup seems to be less than when I received it before. Is it because the noodles are thick and hard? Looks pretty messy Is it similar to Jiro noodles? If you do it normally, your impression might be different. Soup is mild and delicious There were two thin pieces of chashu. Taste is normal Iekei ramen around Fujisawa Station Because they are all capital-affiliated stores. The Hagiwara family I can feel that it was carefully made. It was just a delicious cup

::I had the ramen average (800 yen) and the green onion chashu bowl (350 yen). In short, it is a well-balanced family style ramen. It doesn't have the strength of soy sauce like Direct, nor is it emulsified like Ichikei. There was also a little bit of chicken oil, and it was a light, home-style ramen with no flavor. It's not addictive, but I can recommend it to those who just want to eat some family-style food. There's nothing special about the chashu pork or soup, but you can choose between thick or thin noodles. But if you come to eat Iekei, wouldn't you only have to choose thick noodles (lol)? I think I'll try the thin noodles next time. The green onion chashu rice bowl has plenty of sliced green onions on top and looks gorgeous.

::Good noodle with fish base soup. Variety of options such as - Less salty taste - Less oily - Hardness of noodle - etc About 4 parking slots just one road before arriving the resturant. Family welcome (1 table available) Many counter seats available. Ticket menus buying before getting the seat.

::Brilliant tonkotsu ramen spot. Not that far from Fujisawa station's north exit. It's iekei style, so if you can choose between the type of noodles, how soft you want them, the amount of oil and whether you want a stronger taste or not.....I had the regular tokotsu so the only choices we had were about the noodles. I like the fat noodles and I like to have them al-dente (固め). They were cooked perfectly. The soup is a rich meaty soup, but one that doesn't feel heavy or oily. The 味玉 topping was also cooked well, the yolk just runny. I got the charshu topping also and it was good without being mindblowing. The Mrs has been here before and had the niboshi ramen and said it was good. Next time I'll give the miso or the tantanmen a go. On a cold winter's day, this is the type of ramen you want.

::Yum! It’s my first time to eat this style of ramen ( Kei style, strong tonkotsu soy sauce soup).... and I like it! The shop is clean & cool, and even an hour before closing (15:00 close), it was full of customers. Always a good sign! When ordering the ramen, we can choose the type of noodle, thick or thin, the level of noodle firmness, as well as how strong you want the flavour to be, and how oily. I chose the thick noodles, cooked firm, the rest standard.... soo good! I recommend this place for sure!
