::A rare handmade soba restaurant near Kumegawa Station. The price is reasonable and I use it occasionally. It's quite crowded at lunchtime on weekdays.

::I think I'm picky about soba. I always passed by but never had a chance to go in, so this was my first visit. Since you can't see the inside of the store from the street, I had the impression that it would be difficult to enter, but inside, the atmosphere is very nice, including the customer service, and the prices are reasonable for a soba restaurant. Isn't that the setting? Honestly, the flavor was lacking compared to soba in the countryside where the air and water are delicious, but I still thought it was a good soba to eat in the city. However, personally, I prefer the soba noodles to be boiled a little shorter.

::2023/1 I've been wanting to come for a while, so I was finally able to come. Unexpectedly, I ate fried soba noodles and it was delicious. It has a strong flavor and I think it's a snack for drinkers. It was delicious even if I'm not a drinker. The soba noodles were also delicious. I don't know much about the aroma, but it's delicious for soba that can be eaten around here (Tokyo). The tempura might have been a little too oily for us. Or maybe it's because of my age, because no matter where I eat tempura, it always tastes a bit oily.

::It's not as good or as good as a soba restaurant. I don't think there are any genres that are exposed to criticism from people who are picky eaters. If I were to say it was that deep, it would probably be deep. I think it's just a matter of whether it's delicious or not. I don't understand difficult and complicated things, and I don't even have any interest in them. This is my personal review, so please use it as a reference and update accordingly. I ordered Tenseiro. It was delicious. There is a wide variety of tempura available, and it also goes well with sake. The soba noodles were also fresh and delicious. Since I ate the tempura first, due to the time difference I ended up eating the soba noodles. It was delicious and didn't feel dry until the end. The one thing I was disappointed with was the wasabi. I liked the shaved wasabi instead of the ready-made one. I wanted to try it together.

::I was able to go to a store that I had been interested in for a while. I ate Kisu no Tendon and it was very fluffy and delicious. The soba noodles are very delicious, and the atmosphere is great, so I'd like to go there again.
