I visited on a Wednesday after 1pm. It seems that peak time has passed. The restaurant was still almost full. Order tofu bamboo steamer This is my first experience with this Tsuyu Tsuyu. very delicious The soba noodles also have a very good aroma, texture, and balance. I wish I had had a larger serving of soba noodles. The tsuyu was so delicious that it all disappeared. The perfect balance of tofu and kaeshi This is a masterpiece that I would like to eat again. I have been exporting buckwheat flour from Hokkaido for over 10 years. Even before I got involved, I was eating a lot of soba. My personal preference is the soba flavor. I like 100% ground soba noodles. Only shops you like and would like to introduce to your friends ⭐️ More than 4 I will only upload ⭐️4 and 5 on Instagram. IG:taiwan_natural_you

I came here after seeing online information that the soba noodles were delicious. The exterior and interior are clean and stylish, but the interior is not very spacious and does not feel noisy, giving you a good impression. Serving the food was slow. For the most important soba flavor, I had Otofu Seiro, but I was disappointed that the noodles were a little hard. The dipping sauce using tofu was unusual and delicious, and it was also quite good to mix it with soba hot water at the end. Is soba honey toast the correct answer? It was baked so crispy. The soba ice cream on top was delicious. The soba galette was also delicious. But I would like to go again.

This is a rare soba restaurant where you can eat galette. The noren is tricolor🇫🇷 What I usually order is the limited edition ``Kishaku Lunch'' soba (you can choose from kake, bamboo steamer, etc.) + galette or honey toast + drink + homemade dessert. Very satisfying content 💕 The noodles are usually small, so it's perfect for women, and it's nice to be able to increase the amount of noodles by paying extra for a regular or large serving. I choose the galette almost every time, but sometimes my husband asks me for the honey toast and we share it. The manager also bakes the honey toast bread containing buckwheat flour, and the ice cream topping is also homemade using buckwheat flour. They are so particular about their soba that they even use buckwheat flour in their desserts (pudding, sorbet, etc.) and coffee. All of them are delicious~💕Even though it's a little far away, I still go there. The herring for herring soba is also delicious, so I sometimes order it separately. You can find the location of the restaurant on Google, but even if the parking lot is full there are only 4 to 5 cars, so depending on the timing you may have to wait around, but since it's soba, the turnover is quick. There is a Japanese-style building inside the warehouse, which is a bit interesting. It looks like the original warehouse was used. Jams made from fruits grown by the store manager are displayed next to the cash register each season. Purchasing it is also part of the fun.

I came here based on the information and reputation online. I was feeling a little anxious about the navigation guide and the signboards... There are 4 parking spaces. The store layout is interesting, and the entrance has a nice atmosphere. ? However, the inside of the store has the atmosphere of "The Soba" ◎ I came here just after 12:30 on a Saturday during the holidays, but they ran out of lunch desserts, and after that, they ran out of soba noodles, so they refused to come. It's extremely popular. I was able to order the "Kishaku Lunch" (1,350 yen with a small portion of soba noodles, galette, choice of dessert, and choice of drink). Men can eat a large portion of soba for 250 yen, and women can eat a regular portion for 100 yen. Delicious! Galette with ham and cheese on slightly chewy soba noodles. The soba soup was just right and the cost performance was great. This is a recommended shop. *Please be careful if it is sold out. There is also a parking lot available.
