  Great hotel with a superb service and a old vintage flair. Huge rooms and big sauna and onsen. The have a lounge in the 10th floor self service and free of charge.

  Dated renovations but very clean & tidy, rooms are nice size and everything works well. Will come again. If you drive parking fees are not expensive and very convenient, park and go straight up to your room.

  Well, it’s an okay place. This is only my 2nd time visiting Sapporo so I can’t say where the best place to stay is. Positive. Rooms are really big for Japan. Great customer service. Parking but you have to pay. Airport limousine still have ti pay but nice option. Free beer! Did I mention free? All you can drink? Negative. It’s far from the important stuff. Not close to a subway or train. No laundry inside hotel. Rooms and bathroom feels outdated but they did try to update it. Biggest thing…. It’s all controlled a/c that means in the fall no a/c😭 I’m from Hawaii and even if it’s cold outside I need some cool air inside. It’s a nice to be outside the main part of the city but I just wish it had a train closer.

  Very big rooms. Very foreigner friendly, quite a few speak English. The staff are super friendly and carried our bags from the front door from our taxi. Restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive but had some nice drinks. Bathroom was massive as well. Bathtub shower + standing shower separated. The location was quite nice. 10 min from city centre. Would definitely go again

  You can tell the hotel is of some age but still it has everything that is required for a decent 4-star hotel: large reception hall, wide corridor, 3 nice restaurants, and spacious room with well equipped bathroom and nice view. The lounge is also OK and free to access. I had a good experience in this hotel also because of the professional and friendly staff, who can speak English. Their breakfast is of good quality too. To sum, this hotel is of high value with fair, if not cheap, price. Highly recommended.
