::poor service at reception. hotel has car park but refused to let guests park instead insisting that guests use public car park. insist on making us wait for rooms first, when the reception allowed the locals to go to their room. the same pretty but unfriendly receptionist then gave us a room with faulty toilet when we asked at 245pm. when we asked to change room due to faulty toilet, she insisted on us waiting for repair men to service the toilet. I had to go down to lobby toilet to use toilet and the toilet was still not repaired. when I went to reception, she initially ignored me until I called out to her to speak to her supervisor. the service is terrible and baised to foreigners. when the supervisor came, her service became noticeably better without the disdainful look, and luckily the friendly supervisor was reasonable and helped us change room. the toilet repair uncle was very helpful, but I think we were purposely given an unlucky room 401 by the arrogant receptionist initially, coz the toilet kept flushing and the sound was audible even before we open the door. Luckily, the replacement room (of same category) was clean and spacious, and housekeeping was meticulous during their usual cleaning. Room has bathtub that is big and comfortable. Location is good near to train station, w shuttle bus stop to airport, as well as good restaurants including Rokkatei flagship store

::Had a great stay here. Rooms are great and tight so they're well warmed. Loved the onsen/sento which offer two different rooms, one indoors and a second one with open roof. Breakfast was very enjoyable, for a excellent price. Very close to the station (less than five minutes walk distance). Also there was a Cesna (or some other plane) on the building in front of my room. I still wonder today how it ended up there.

::Very close to the train station, great service, big bathrooms with big bathtubs, tv, free wifi, really good view from upper floors, light controlls next to the bed, although they dont have grounded plugs (I couldn't charge my pc). There's an extra fee if you want breakfast. Bending machines everywhere

::Good location close to Obihiro JR station and Pancho butadon. Check in and out were hassle-free. Also counter staff were courteous and helpful despite their limited English proficiency. There is paid parking available (paid 650yen per day) behind the hotel in a multi-storey carpark. Just get the parking ticket to validate at the counter during your check-in and make payment on the spot. Room was abit dated but has free hand phone with internet access and free voice call to certain international countries that you can bring out with you, which was great. Also vending and ice machines at all levels. Coin laundry is also available at lobby. Good!
