The view is astounding, and that's what you should come for. The prices are very high, but it's what you expect for a place like this.

Went here to enjoy a drink and a snack with a view of Tokyo. I suppose we did get that, but the service was quite slow and the food is pretty bland/boring. If you just want a drink and a chance to soak up the view, Peak bar is fine, but for a nice night out, I'm sure there are better spots in Tokyo to be found.

01 Jan 2018, New Years drinks with friends at Twilight Time, a disappointing experience from first visit 6 mths ago. Staff were rude and arrogant not the usual delightful Japanese service, it felt like we were in a Hong Kong. The drinks were not to standard, in fact we had to send multiple cocktails back as they were not even basic ingredients. The view across Tokyo is as always spectacular!

The experience was awesome soaking up the alcohol on such a high altitude. If you stay till dusk, you get a panorama of psychedelic madness and hues of Tokyo city. Unfortunately, The wine list is fairly limited and didn't turn up anything surprising or great tasting. The canapes were a little disappointing as the small selection gets pretty stale in a very short time. So minus 1 star for that. Instead we decided to hit all the different cocktails we can think of and that was comparatively better. The overall experience is still great and I would definitely drop by for a visit (remember twilight hours start at 5pm) especially closer to 5 for the thinner crowd and choice of the best seats.
