  The store is located up the stairs of Hachimanzaka from the train road. The store is open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and working people find it difficult to shop on weekdays, so I went on a Sunday. Mr. Oshio, who looks more like an office worker than a self-employed person, is silently roasting the beans by himself. Coffee beans are about 1,300 yen for 100g each of deep and shallow coffee beans. A blend of Brazil, Guatemala, and one more thing (details on the back of the bag). I was surprised when I opened the bag and saw the beans! I have never seen coffee beans so shiny. The brewed coffee has a pure coffee color. I was thinking of making it a little stronger and drinking it as a cafe au lait, but I was afraid to add milk so I just drank it as is. After pouring two cups according to the measurements, I drank one with the beginning, and it tasted better than the American coffee makers found in inns and hotels. It seems to be mainly sold online, so it's worth purchasing for special use.
