  I visited to buy the much talked about "flipping croissant bread". I went there around 9:40 a.m. on weekdays and got a numbered ticket. There are only 40 tickets available per day, with 20 available each at 10:00 and 16:00. Numbered tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and you can choose either time. I was able to get ticket number 21 just in time for 10:00. One loaf costs 1,300 yen. I ate it warm with toast. The flavor of butter was very effective and I enjoyed the taste as it was without adding anything.

I visited in the afternoon, but it was a very popular restaurant and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. Give your contact information to the receptionist and they will contact you when it is your turn. When waiting, it is best to wait in the hotel's waiting area. The store had a bread and cake corner, both of which looked very delicious. Especially in the bread corner, I think there were many variations of croissants. At the cafe, I ordered peach and shine muscat cafe, cappuccino, and pistachio shaved ice. The parfait was very elaborate and easy to eat. I had a good impression overall, and I especially liked how the store staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel itself is old, so it's not very clean, but I get the impression that it's well kept.
