::No problems with the standard of accommodation, excellent room and well maintained. Had breakfast on the first morning and found it to be poor selection, and the hot dishes were rather on the cool side. In view of this experience we found alternative options for the other days. The shock came when I paid the bill and found the breakfast in English equivalent money came to £17.00 EACH. Also for a Tonic Water I was charged £5.60. I said I could have had a gin with it for that price in London!

::As I expected, the stay at the Park Hotel was very wonderful. Great view from the panorama room, on point cleaning service, very wonderful facilities, the location, close to Shimbashi station, especially the washing room. The only thing I wish I could do is to pay forward (before), instead of paying the first half when I arrive, and after when I departure. But that must in the hotel's paying policies. Overall very wonderful stay.

::Great hotel if you want a comfortable stay without a hefty price tag. The views over the city with Tokyo Tower.and Mt. Fuji in sight are immense. Staff were polite yet friendly and spoke English exceptionally well. The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice, all delicious and healthy. This provided a brilliantly located base for retiring to after exploring the area.

::We spent 4 nights at the Park Hotel and loved it. Our room was comfortable with a great view. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect, including a good concierge and lots of English speaking staff. The location is also great, between two different metro stations. There is also numerous shopping centres within walking distance which gives you unlimited options for restaurants. All in all, this is a very good hotel and i would highly recommend it to everyone

::We had stayed at the Park Hotel Shiodome over the past 7 years and always had a positive experience at this hotel. This trip, we had the good fortune to try the Ty Brasserie and the foods were excellent and the service was impeccable. The room, 2822, facing the Royal Park Hotel and the Coretta is our favorite room type. And the cafe in the lobby gives a serene of the towering interior. Everyone from the reception to concierge to the attendant teams is courteous, cheerful and helpful. It made my stay that much more pleasant. I look forward to staying at Park Hotel again on my next trip. The only negative experience I have is that many times the hotel is fully booked. I suggest a priority reservation system for frequent guests, like the airlines' frequent flyer program.
