::This is a restaurant that my junior booked for me as a birthday celebration. It's a gorgeous store with a solid layout. Instead of ordering as a course, you can order what you like a la carte. Since it is not a course, there is no pairing, and wine is ordered by the glass. At first I toasted with beer. The meal includes a platter of appetizers (2 servings), homemade focaccia, Mikawa flounder carpaccio, sautéed abalone with liver sauce, pasta with homemade spaghetti with mullet and mushrooms, Hokkaido Ezo deer and chestnut ragu sauce, Rome's famous cacio e pepe, and spaghetti pomodoro. , Charcoal-grilled Tougeshita Beef from Hiroshima Prefecture, and Charcoal-grilled Ezo Deer from Hokkaido. Order. The appetizer platter includes bagna cauda, salami, mortadella ham, soft-braised octopus, mackerel with Lefort sauce, and quiche. Bagna Cauda was delicious with anchovy sauce, cauliflower, ginger, etc. The octopus was really soft and delicious. The carpaccio of flounder from Mikawa was exquisite when eaten with herb sauce. Add the remaining sauce to the focaccia and it's a perfect meal. Sauteed Abalone Liver Sauce The abalone had been steamed until soft and the liver sauce was simply exquisite and the focaccia disappeared quickly. Four people ordered four types of pasta. We shared little by little. I ordered tomato pomodoro, cacio e pepe, Ezo deer and chestnut ragu sauce, and homemade mullet and mushroom spaghetti. Tomato Pomodoro is simple yet delicious and allows you to experience the deliciousness of tomatoes. The cacio e pepe had a hint of pecorino cheese, and although it was simple and had only cheese as an ingredient, it was delicious. The pasta with Ezo deer and chestnut ragu sauce is not minced meat like Bolognese, but contains a lot of soft meat that easily breaks apart. The chestnut aroma and sweetness are delicious. You can't go wrong with the homemade mullet and mushroom pasta because the mullet is delicious. Each one was delicious and I finished it in no time. I was already full, but next time I had the main meat. The charcoal-grilled Hiroshima Tougeshita Beef Shinshin was delicious with a charcoal aroma to the meat. The sauce is Madera wine and red wine sauce. The onions that came with the dish were cooked with their skin on to condense the sugar in the flesh, making it soft, very sweet, and delicious. The sauce for Ezo deer is the same Madeira and red wine sauce as Shinshin. The same goes for the garnish. There is no odor at all, with the delicious taste of Ezo deer and the aroma of charcoal grilling. The meat was also tender and delicious. We enjoyed white and red wine with our food, and afterward, we had grappa with dessert, making it a very satisfying dinner.

::We went there to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. The exterior of the store gives the impression of a high-class mansion, and the atmosphere is good even before you enter the store. Once inside, the space is filled with old-fashioned furniture, giving it an antique feel. It's a little dark, with a bit of western sunlight coming in, creating a nice atmosphere. All of the Italian course meals were colorful and bright, and the seafood and meat were all delicious. In particular, the pasta was sprinkled with cherry shrimp and broccoli, and the aroma and rich soup taste were good. I also enjoyed the dessert and coffee I received at the end with an elegant taste. I was very moved to receive a bouquet of flowers at the end. I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.
