  After staying in Niigata and checking out, I noticed the NST building while walking along Yasuragi Embankment and went inside. There was no free tour or observation space, so I went to this shop that caught my eye. When I entered the cafe around 10:30, there were only two customers in the cafe. I think it's a shop with a nice view. They had bagels, so I took them out and ate them. The flavor was sandwiched between cream and red bean paste, and it was delicious.

  You can eat in or take out while enjoying the riverside view. They have a variety of breads and they are all delicious. I always buy a small loaf of bread. When toasted, it's crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it really delicious. In addition to bread, they also have a stylish meal menu for eat-in customers, but occasionally they also offer daily lunch specials like ``Miso Ramen & Beef Bowl'' that will make your stomach swell. I'm glad that this is quite an authentic ramen.
