  Treatment is very thorough. The doctor's staff have a good attitude and the treatment is pleasant. However, on the other hand, reservations are not always available. Unfortunately, the treatment is done once every 1 to 2 months, so there is no way to know when all the teeth will be healed. Only the woman at the reception desk has a bad attitude.

  The doctor explained the procedure thoroughly and there was no pain when the tooth was extracted, but it is difficult to make an appointment. I was told that my dental cleaning appointment would be in two to three months, so I declined.

  I was quickly turned away without a reservation, but the waiting room was small and crowded, so I wondered if I would have to wait even if I had a reservation. It may be better to wait a few days for your first appointment. I wonder if I'll ever go there again.

  I didn't have any symptoms, but I went in for a checkup. I found a cavity in my tooth and had it treated, but the pain continued after the treatment, so when I consulted the doctor, he became displeased and told me that he would remove my nerves without any detailed explanation. I couldn't accept the fact that he was so quick to tell me that I should lose my nerve, so I told him that I wanted to see what happened. As for the cover, I was recommended to buy an expensive option. About a year later, the filling started to loosen and the pain returned, but I could no longer trust Ozawa Dental Clinic, so I went to another dental clinic, and they treated me very kindly and fixed it. Ta. At that time, I was told that the optional expensive fillings are weak and are generally not used in back teeth. I was surprised when I learned about it for the first time. I was in pain, I wasted my money, and I felt really bad.

  The staff are very helpful and accommodating, I don't speak nihonggo very well, they're trying their best to communicate and understand me, The dentist uses a translator to explain to me every procedure his about to do to my kids, The dentist is very professional and passionate to his work. I have four kids all of them love Ozawa Dental Clinic they're not afraid of dentist anymore. I admire all their Doctors and staff.
