::The servers were very polite but the animals live in very bad conditions and small cages. There was a duck with barely enough space to turn around and was sitting in his urine and feeces. I would not recommend supporting a business like this until the animals are given better treatment

::You don't come here for the "cafe"; you come here to see the exotic animals. You can see/hold anything from hedgehogs, snakes, mice, turtles, owls (of course) and so much more. The smell isn't pleasant which is the first thing you will notice when you walk in. It was cool to see, but I wish the store took better care of the animals. If they cleaned up the store it would be much better.

::I wasn't sure what to expect apart from owls, but I was surprised at how many different animals there were, some of which did not belong there in my opinion. If you're looking for an animal cafe I would suggest finding one that specializes, rather than this, which is basically an exotic petting zoo.

::Don't go here for the cafe; but if you come for the owles and other animals, you won't be disappointed. There's a high likelihood if you stay for a little while that you'll even have a chance to feed the birds if you want. The birds' legs are tied to their perches so you don't need to worry about them flying on to you unwanted. A drink bar purchase is required at minimum and the drink bar is passable; but once again if one thinks of it more as a petting zoo experience with exotic animals, with unlimited free drinks included, the 1000 yen seems much more worth it.

::This was my first time to an Owl cafe. It felt like a place where owls are kinda tortured haha... You pay, I believe, about 10 bucks and have access to unlimited drinks like coffee, tea and soda. Those owls can definitely use a rest
