There were no particular problems with the doctor, and the equipment was pretty good and clean. However, the electronic bulletin board indicating waiting times was not working. The problem is that the person on the phone and the person at the reception on the day are surprisingly loud and have bad attitudes. Perhaps other people have written reviews, but that person may not be happy with it. It seems that you can use a credit card for payments over 5,000 yen, and cash for payments under 5,000 yen. There was also a bicycle parking lot, which was helpful.

  I visited this hospital in November and everything there was really good that I think I should really recommend this place to everyone. I speak only a little bit of Japanese but in this hospital, from the receptionist, to the staffs, the nurse and even the doctor, everyone was super friendly in helping me throughout the whole process. They also have this translation devices that translates Japanese into English. So even though we couldn't have very detailed conversation, but I understand basically all the important things, and for example the way to put on the medicines, since I don't read Japanese, the nurse actually demonstrate to me so that I know how to apply the medicine. I really had to say that everyone here is really friendly and helpful and if you are foreigner that do not speaks Japanese, and you live in Fukuoka, and you needed some eyes check up, this is the place for you.
