::When I checked at night, I found out that I could consult with them, so I first consulted them over the phone as stated. Telephone support was easy to understand and made me feel very welcome. When I actually met him, I felt more at ease with his personality. My child was in pain, so I couldn't make a decision on my own, so I was really grateful that they took care of me at night. I'm glad that the nurses and security guards were all polite and helpful. He also slept peacefully. I'm really thankful to you.

::Thank you for your help at the pediatric dentist. I was told by three dentists in Hyogo Prefecture that they could not treat this child's teeth, so I transferred her to one where she could be seen without a referral. After a thorough check at your first visit, a general treatment plan will be explained to you, and your doctor will be selected at that time. The doctor in charge was efficient and listened to the patient's (child's) wishes, but he told the child that there were certain things he could and could not do, and that treatment was his top priority. The first time, I was so scared that I cried and couldn't get the treatment done, but the second time, I was told that even if I cried, the doctor would treat me, so I entrusted it to the doctor, and my dental treatment, which had not been done for six months, was completed. At the local clinic, I was told that they could only treat me at my own expense (50,000 yen), but at my first visit here, they told me that there were other treatment options, and they covered my insurance. The child said that it was still scary, but he also said that he thought he was better at it than anyone he had seen before. When my child cried because she was afraid of treatment, I never told her that she had to put up with it because the cavity was caused by her own negligence. I can't choose a teacher here, but Mr. Mikasa was a wonderful teacher.

::I visited several orthodontic hospitals to cure my jaw pain, and was introduced to this university hospital, so I went for a consultation. I explained in detail the causes of the pain I was feeling, such as the obvious deviation in the midline that even a layman could understand and the discomfort due to the position of the lower jaw, but the female doctor said that the deviation in the midline did not bother me that much. I was laughed at and told that my jaw deformity would definitely not be covered by insurance, and that a detailed examination might reveal the cause of the pain, but it would be expensive. They said. After that, I consulted a doctor at another hospital and found a doctor who explained in detail how much distortion there was in the midline and in the profile, and where the pain was coming from, using only X-rays. I was told that it was covered by insurance, and I started treatment. Honestly, I'm really glad I didn't have to do it here. I shudder to think that I had a teacher who didn't even understand distortion.

::Dr. Tanaka (#41-office) is a GODSEND. Professional, kind, quick, and he spoke a graded-down version of Japanese that was easy for me to understand. Rokko (my chateau) to Ibaraki is a long way, but he and his team are making me a custom mouth guard to treat my sleep apnea. He’s a literal life-saver. RECOMMENDED!
