    This is my first visit to Osaka Osho in Brumaire Maitamon, which I had been interested in for a while. I stopped by on my way home from the hospital. There weren't many customers, probably because it had just opened. Today I wanted to ingest sesame seeds, so I ordered my favorite Sichuan dandan noodles and dumplings. Unfortunately, the noodles in the dandan noodles were lumpy. I would have liked to have had to take the time to loosen the noodles when pouring the soup. The soup had an excellent richness from the sesame seeds and mince, and had a consistent taste. No sesame seeds will be provided. The miso sauce for the gyoza was placed on the table, which made a good impression.

    The inside of the store is small, and the tables near the entrance make it uncomfortable unless you're alone. During lunch hours on holidays, it is quite crowded and the waiting time can be long. It's located in a shopping mall called Brumaire, so it's convenient for shopping. The parking lot is spacious and free.

    This is actually a second time I've been to this shop, which has been open for a long time in the nearby Blumer Maitamon area. It's a restaurant I haven't been to much compared to Gyoza no Ousho, so it's been a while since I last visited. Of course, the gyoza is the main dish, but I felt like I was going for the limited time menu, especially ramen and Tenshinhan, so I ordered accordingly. First up is the gyoza. The delicate ingredients and garlic add a subtle flavor to the dumplings, which are slightly larger than medium-sized and have a soft texture and flavor. It's great that you can try out various seasonings at the table, such as regular gyoza sauce, miso sauce, and vinegar and pepper. Next is mini Tenshin rice. The texture of the eggs is smooth without wrinkles, yet thick and fluffy, which is irresistible. The texture of eggs may have been like this since I ate them at Tomiaji, a Tamagoyaki (Akashiyaki) restaurant in Nishiakashi. The seasoning is not spicy soy sauce but has a mellow and delicate sweet flavor that goes well with the white rice inside and is exquisite. Lastly, I had a flame miso ramen with lots of vegetables and cheese. Even though it was spicy miso ramen, it had a creamy richness, and the flavors complemented each other perfectly. When I came to the store during the cold season, I could feel the warmth of the body for a while due to the effect of the miso rather than the spiciness. If I were to say it was strong, I would have liked the jellyfish to have more crunch. However, I was able to find so many good points that it didn't bother me. Even though there were many customers in the shopping mall, the customer service was polite and I was very satisfied with the content, so I would rate it 5 stars.

    This is my first time entering this store. Write the facts. First of all, there is nothing bad about it. The seasoning is good, but the reason why the taste is different from other Osaka Osho's is because they use their own seasoning. Slightly dark eyes? And the scent is different. I went there at 2 o'clock, but the place was full so I wrote it down in my notebook and waited. Here, we do things that you can't do at other stores. Even though the seats are empty, they don't clean up the customers' dishes at all, wait until the customers who are eating are empty, and guide the waiting customers. It's understandable if you're busy, but it's obvious that you're standing around with no hands on your hands. There were 3 seats available, but we had to wait quite a while. Other customers who were waiting had to leave because they had to wait too long. After disinfecting with alcohol and having my temperature taken, I was finally shown around. I didn't clean up after all, and the trash ended up falling all the way under the table. If you could just clean up the dishes, I wouldn't have to wait. I don't understand if it's because I'm a young part-time worker or if it's the store manager's idea. The seasoning isn't bad, so it's not a waste. There is a big minus for the abnormality that is out of common sense, 3 stars.
