::I received the noodle set (1,280 yen). Hiyashi chuka (930 yen) comes with mini fried rice for an additional 350 yen. Hiyashi chuka has a slightly original soy sauce sauce that is the base of "Osaka Osho's Hiyashi Chuka", which is slightly different from the classic one. A lineup unique to Chinese cuisine, with ingredients such as jellyfish, mushroom chicken, and shiitake mushrooms. Because there are so many garnishes, you don't end up with only noodles left over, and the dish was well-balanced until the end. The mini fried rice contains ginger, but it is only used as a complement to increase appetite, and it does not come out too much. It's like I'm being drawn into a whirlpool of appetite, and I can't stop scratching at it. There is also fried rice like this. I learned a lot. It was very delicious. To prevent the coronavirus, there was alcohol disinfection and a carbon dioxide concentration measuring device. When ordering cold noodles, a certain elderly customer made detailed requests, but the kitchen staff responded smoothly. I think it's this kind of unobtrusive yet responsive service that keeps customers coming back. There were foreign staff working hard in the hall who seemed to be in their early days. Seeing them like that makes me want to do my best too.

::the service and atmasphere is great, the speed of serving is also good. but food is not impressive. it is very "home made" style but not in a good way. I mean... the Kimchi fried rice has no kimchi at all? hmmmmm... people here are friendly but unfortunately the food is not authentic or professional Chinese or Japanese cook.
