I have visited several times and mostly staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes they are curt and not useful with information. For example, to set-up request for parcels to be deposited in delivery box of home address apartment building, because I completed the form as requested but always an attempted delivery slip is given in mail box. English language by front-desk staff is very limited but office staff can usually speak well, so if visitor Japanese language skill is limited, a translator is recommended. Since Coronavirus outbreak, opening has changed from 24 hour to mostly half 7am-7pm (please see photos for full detail).

24 hours of excellent service. Make sure to pick up coupon for your turn counting. You have the pen, glue, cello tapes available for free to use. You can buy envelope if needed. International post starts as low as 800 Yen. Just 700 meter away from Grand Front Osaka.

The supervisor can speak English but is extremely rude and dismissive to to foreign customers but very polite to Japanese customers and spoke in a soft voice to them. I brought in two boxes but decided to buy one box to combine them so I repacked everything there. They ransacked through my parcel and pulled things out to "check" even though it's personal items and clothes. When I asked them why they're going through my private things, they then offered to x-ray it. Terrible customer service for foreigners.

It's just beside Umeda Sky Building so it's convenient.. however they don't sell postcards here. If you are looking to get Gotochi postcards or any other postal related merchandise (other than carton boxes and stamps), head to the Japan Post at the basement of Sky Building instead. The staff here are friendly and speak simple English.
