DO NOT STAY here! On our last my son was playing with his ballon that had a tiny holder on the end. He accidentally hit the tv with the end of his balloon. The tv was damaged. Of course we ran down stairs to tell the ladies at the front desk. They said for us to leave and we would get an email. The man emailing at first threaten to call the police on us. When I explained we were trying to cooperate he then informed us we had to pay about 800 dollars for their tiny and old tv. They have no insurance for accidents is what they told us so guest have to pay the full cost and the installation fee. So if carpet is damaged if imagine that could be pricey. I am not saying the damage was okay but 800 dollars is so much money. In the states you have a deductible and hotels have insurance because accidents happen. We have never damaged anything in a hotel room before so this was a first for us. As a small family we can’t afford that much money just right off the cuff. An accident happened and we have been treated like criminals. I find the way this hotel runs to be also criminal. There was also nothing great about this hotel other than location.

The hotel is very close to the suminokoen station, and it is convenient to travel to places like Namba and Umeda. The room is large and clean. The hotel staff are also very helpful and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay

Although the hotel was not located in a busy district, the distance from the Kansai Airport was shorter. The lower floors and buildings nearby were occupied by department store, shops, and restaurants. There was a park within minutes walk. The front desk was rather small, but the staff were helpful. Trainee could speak Cantonese and Putonghua. No complimentary bottled water was offered. The coffee machine and tea bags were on the lobby and were free of charge. The room size was very good for the three of us. The decoration was traditional, but the condition was acceptable. The carpark was adjacent to the building and was separately operated. Overnight parking was cheap.

Stayed here for one night and it was fine, it was the only hotel that was cheap and close to the concert venue we went to Osaka for. Definitely good for a cheap, 1-2 night stay. Pros: cheap price, nice location to subway, friendly staff that can speak some English, nice central location, the room was very clean Cons: the room was very warm (fan was on high, it was March), the bed is way too firm and not comfortable

The hotel is relatively cheap which is a good thing. However, the reception staff (at least those working when I was there) did not speak anything other than Japanese. My small hotel room was allegedly a non-smoker room but everything including the bedding smelled like cigarettes. The male reception staff were generally unfriendly, which I first interpreted to be related to them only speaking Japanese. However, I witnessed them treating my male colleagues with much more respect than they treated me. I would not stay there again.
