::The president brought me in because he was more particular about ingredients and cooking than anyone else. It seems that the course is completely left to the chef. Even though each dish that came out was made from ingredients I had eaten before, it was so delicious that I couldn't compare it to anything I've eaten before (≧∀≦)ノ Even the sashimi was cut very finely, and the red shellfish and squid were not crunchy, but moist, soft, and extremely delicious. It's a place I definitely want to go to after getting promoted, but it's difficult because there's no parking lot and it's in a residential area with no coin parking nearby.

::Deliciousness that will take your breath away. If I had the money, I would go every month.

::[November 2020] Third visit. Every time I go there, I bite my lip at my own inexperience. Only photos are uploaded. [June 2018] This is a two Michelin star restaurant that I visited for the first time in 7 years. These days, it's a dish that can no longer be described in writing. [April 2011] A Japanese restaurant that was built in a 50-year-old mansion measuring 170 tsubo and renovated by the owner himself. The interior is clean and calming, and the original interior has been modernized without making too many changes. The garden is also magnificent, like something out of a historical drama. Reservations are required at least one day in advance for both day and night visits. The lunch course costs between ¥11,000 and ¥21,000, which is a great price. As a result, you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes that do not compromise on the quality of the ingredients, served in beautiful antique vessels. The owner seems to have a history of being the head chef at restaurants around the country from a young age. Although the price was not affordable, I was able to enjoy the wonderful space and food that conveyed the owner's passion.

::Since it has a Michelin star, I think the food and atmosphere are exceptional. Even to an untrained eye, I am impressed by the quality of the utensils and the presentation of the food. It is said that the special courses over 200,000 yen are chosen by Chinese people. (It's amazing!) I was completely satisfied with the 1/10th course.

::I went there for lunch to celebrate Kishou. We had a very satisfying time with the beautiful garden, room, delicious food, beautiful tableware, and courteous hospitality. Thank you very much.
