  It may be a good sevice provided, some of the GPS for rental is out of date, rate too high 120 NTD a day and not working in good condition and made us hard to find our destinations.

  Too bad 😡 Actually they don't have any ETC card to sell in this company , but their website mentioned with this service 😡😡we should choose another company ....

  ORIX新宿西口店面在center大樓B1裡面的商店街，要找到店面有點困難，這一次是因為剛好看到樓層簡介，面對樓層圖平面圖，右手邊剛好有個通道入口，走進去沒幾步左手邊就是ORIX店面了。 簡單的核對手續後，櫃檯人員要我自己走到B2去開車，說鑰匙就在車上，我還以為是全自助取車的，但其實不是，取車處也有工作人員，會協助驗車，確認無誤，發給停車券後才取車，但無法用英文順利溝通，花了點時間。 從B1要找到B2的地下停車場有點困難，走到噴水池後，找到一家叫作「PARIS MIKI」的藍色招牌，往地下B2的通到就在左手邊。走下去右手邊就可以看到ORIX的服務站。 因為是使用大樓的地下停車場，服務員會提供兩張票卡，先插入一張計算金額後，再插入另一張付款，才能出停車場閘門。 還車的時候回到取車地點，會有工作人員協助，驗車無誤後就可以離開了，還車不到10分鐘。

  地下の車受け渡しの対応がいまいち。 待機している店員さんが足組んで座ってスマホをいじっていたりした。

  Very hard to find this place. It's buried in the basement area of the building.
