::"The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite occasional communication challenges, they made every effort to assist me. The room was spacious, perfect for a family. With the hotel shuttle service arranged, the location was very convenient."

::WORST WIFI. WiFi could barely load webpages, never mind streaming. Video streaming was buffering even at 320px. The WiFi access point was just outside the room but only gave an OK moderate signal strength. Bandwidth was 9.5bit/s down, 955kbot/s, 38ms latency. First hotel that I could not use my travel router (would not connect as a repeater). Soft VPN kept disconnecting. Again the worst WiFi all hotels. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Marked down room only because of bad WiFi

::The room is spacious and tidy. The staff in counter is very helpful and cheerful. The hotel view is so beautiful. I am grateful that I stay in this hotel.

::This hotel is modern so onsen purist might look for something else, but even if I prefer ryokans, this big hotel looks very cool and the staff gives a great service. Best feature is the fantastic view of Aizu wakamatsu city and part of the valley that you can have from the open air bath: it's not a proper rotenburo but for this reason it has some cool perks like headrests in the pool to enjoy the sun and the fresh air, relaxing totally (or even sleeping in the warm water). That felt cool, have to admit... There was also a sauna besides the indoor pool. Being quite modern, all the pools were crystal clean. I went only to use the onsen, 1000 yen with rental face/body towel: the deal is terrific value for what I got. Thumbs up!

::A very nice hotel! A modern building with modern western & Japanese-style rooms. My room was the cheapest one they had - the tower building western twin. The cheapest one, but still a very nice room. The two onsen feature a cool panoramic view into the Aizu valley, which is especially popular in the evenings. The buffet is expansive and really tasty. The only two downsides: it appears to be the same buffet every day, and it could really do with some English info tags. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Always greeting me politely everywhere. Communication is not always optimal due to language barrier, but they (and I) try their best and it works out perfectly.
