  The post office here opens at opening time and then begins setting up the cash register. I think it's a good idea to make preparations before opening, but apparently the post office has a different feel than the average person.

  It is a good idea to take out insurance and term deposits for elderly people whose understanding and memory have declined. Dealing with the agent was mentally painful. I won't be going again in the future.
