  Dr. Ono explains what's going on at every step of treatment, putting my mind at ease. He's sensitive to the comfort of his patients and he has been making my patient experience as comfortable as can be. Before we began the current course of treatment, the doctor explained my options, prognosis including the best case scenario as well as the most unfortunate scenario in a sensitive manner, and what I should and could expect. I could ask questions and I felt I was very well-informed. It's been about two months now, and fortunately, the treatment is working very well. So far, so good. Other staff members are kind and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this dental clinic. Not sure if the doctor or other people there speak English as I have been using Japanese with them. But at least, rest assure the doctor is a good communicator and you won't be thrown medical jargons at.

  I wanted to get treatment for my jaw, which had been bothering me for eight years, but I was told that it would be fine because I was young, so I couldn't get treatment.
