  I usually go to another hospital, but this was my first time seeing him as a fever outpatient clinic. All the staff were very polite, and the doctor I spoke to during my consultation listened to what I had to say and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner, which made me feel very at ease. Also, I was saddened to see staff members at another hospital running around the parking lot in the heat of the day to attend to fever outpatients. One of the reasons why I was able to feel at ease during my visit was that there was a well-established process for patients, including filling out medical questionnaires, taking coronavirus tests, online consultations, and accounting.

  The people at the reception are very nice. The nurses on the third floor were really unpleasant. The young nurses are nice. I'm glad I was transferred to the hospital.

  I went for a health check. The last receptionist was a normal customer service person, but everyone else was just a casual customer. The only good thing was how quickly the health checkup was done.

  When I tested it at home with a medical kit, it came back positive, and when I consulted with the company, the hospital had to confirm that it was positive. That's why I chose this place. When I checked on the phone, I was informed that the next reception was in the afternoon, so it would be at 3pm. I arrived 20 minutes before 3:00 p.m., and I thought I had arrived too early, so I went to the fever outpatient reception desk at exactly 3:00 p.m., but the reception was closed for the day. A sign? but. When I checked on the phone, the reception started at 2:30 pm and it was already over for today. Please come again tomorrow. They said. It's my fault for not checking the reception hours, but I wish they would have let me know when I first called. Not much.

  I went there for a health check. The woman who did the vision and hearing test looked at me from above and looked at me with a closed mouth, which made me feel uncomfortable. Since it's a stranger, I want you to use honorific language even if you're older than me. It was a shame because the medical checkup itself was smooth and didn't take long, and the receptionist and other nurses were all very pleasant. I don't want to meet that person, so I might choose a different hospital next year.
