::A small shopping centre on the edge of Higashi Totsuka town centre. The best thing about it, by far, is the BookOff Bazaar. it has heaps of used clothing, digital equipment and, of course, books, cds, games etc. It has a small (two bookshelves) selection of non-Japanese books. It has a large selection of used ski-wear and gear. Pretty much at rental prices. There is a medium sized homeware centre on the ground floor. it's fairly quiet most of the time. the supermarket next door is nothing special and not especially cheap. It's most charming point are announcements in English and Chinese that there are 'plain clothes security guards in the store for crime prevention'. I wonder if they know>>>>

::Good selection in the supermarket. One stop shopping for most anything. Bookoff and a 100 yen store in the same building, along with a dentist and hair salon, eye glass shop, hanko stamp shop too. Coffee shop on the first floor. Liquor/wine store too. Plentiful free parking.
