  The treatment, hospital atmosphere, and staff were very good. I just can't get through the phone. He would never answer during his lunch break, and often he would not answer even when I called during clinic hours. The staff always seemed busy. I had to call multiple times to make a reservation. Once, I had to go to see a doctor from afar, and the road was congested, so I called to say I might be late. As a result, I was on time for my appointment, but I was called to the examination room 20 minutes after the appointment time. The treatment was finished in a short time, and the doctor said, ``We received a call that you would be late for your appointment today, so we couldn't finish the treatment in time, so we'll continue the treatment another time.'' No, no, I informed them that I might be late, but I arrived right before my reservation time. They blamed me for being late at the doctor's appointment.
