::I received the ramen set. The noodles are hand-made medium-thin curly noodles, and the soup is chewy and has a deep flavor. Although the soup has some back fat floating in it, it has a refreshing taste, and the overall soup is light but rich. The topping is meaty char siu. Menma, seaweed, and green onions have a good texture. The fried sliced pork garnish is crunchy and seasoned, so it's delicious as is. Thank you for the meal. This parking lot can park 2 cars in front of the store (forward parking, no backing up), and 4 cars in the contracted parking lot 4 doors away, but it's a little far away, so if you come to the store on a rainy day, bring an umbrella. I recommend that.

::These days, 900 yen for ramen, rice, fried chicken, and pickles is a miracle.

::This is a ramen shop right near Uesugi Shrine! I think it's easy to find because it's right next to Uesugi Shrine. The atmosphere of the shop is Japanese style, and it's a little small. It's about the same size. They also had miso ramen, but I was curious about the chilled ramen so I ordered it. As the name suggests, the ramen was not hot, but rather cold. However, it wasn't just chilled normally, the noodles were more like Chinese noodles, and the soup tasted better than usual. But is the soup a little soy sauce? It was salty so you may either like it or dislike it. It was my first time to eat Yamagata's chilled ramen, and it was very delicious.

::I just moved to Yonezawa, so I came here on the recommendation of someone from Yonezawa. I had the miso ramen which was high on the menu. (Maybe the signature menu is soy sauce?) Instead of chashu, it had plenty of stir-fried vegetables and pork. The miso soup was light, but the flavor of the ingredients blended in well, making it especially delicious during the chilly weather. The noodles were a little thick and curly, and there was plenty of it. There was also 2/3 ramen, so this might be a good choice for women. Next time, I would like to try the soy sauce flavor, fried pork, and spicy miso!

::I thought that Yonezawa Ramen's light soup would not suit my taste, but that was not the case. The double soup made with dried sardines and animal soup has a deep flavor, and paired with the chewy texture of the handmade noodles, it's delicious. The char siew felt a little weak, but on the contrary, it had a good balance. Some say it's salty, but what about it? I want to say. what. Yonezawa Ramen, which I had been avoiding for a long time, was amazing.
