  The response seems to be troublesome due to lack of motivation. There was no one waiting but I was just sitting and doing nothing but I had to wait for about 10 minutes.

  Immediately after the store opened, I stopped by to pay my utility bill, which can only be paid at the counter. It was empty, but I felt uncomfortable with the saba mackerel woman who was in charge.
