  There was only one customer and only one counter open, so it seemed like the employees who were dealing with them were having trouble with their thoughts and were taking a lot of time. Another employee (a woman with long hair) finally noticed and opened a second counter to register, but she left the documents as they were and consulted with the first employee. I was talking the whole time. When I called out to them because I couldn't see how they were being left unattended, they responded in a strong tone, saying, "We will respond in order, so it will take at least 15 minutes!" We follow the order, and if you receive a request, isn't it normal to respond without leaving it unattended? If it is something that requires two people to deal with, you should wait until the two people have finished dealing with it before accepting the request. When I told them I was going to go to another bank, I was horrified as the documents and money I had given them were placed in a mess on the reception counter, along with the tray.
