We follow the order, and if you receive a request, isn't it normal to respond without leaving it unattended? If it is something that requires two people to deal with, you should wait until the two people have finished dealing with it before accepting the request. When I told them I was going to go to another bank, I was horrified as the documents and money I had given them were placed in a mess on the reception counter, along with the tray.
