  The counter was crowded, so a person with a big attitude came out from the back and asked them to take care of it, but even though I asked them how to ship it, they treated it randomly, and even though there was a cheaper shipping method, I ended up having to choose the higher one. I should have gone to another store even if it was far away. Although the person at the counter was very kind, I was very disappointed.
