You will have to wait an unusually long time. I had no choice but to come here because I couldn't get a gastroscopy appointment at a nearby hospital. It's a place I've decided never to come to again. There are two main reasons. One is an unusually long wait. I had them arrive by 7:45, but suddenly there was a mysterious waiting time of 30 minutes. I finally got dressed and checked my blood pressure... For some reason, there was a huge line of people waiting to get one blood pressure monitor to measure their own blood pressure. It makes no sense. Various tests are performed in the same places as general medical treatment, so it takes time to get to each place. What is extremely mysterious is the 40 minute wait for the vision test... 4 and a half hours without any special options. Is this normal in Okayama? As for the second point, other people have written about it so I thought I should have looked at it first, but I'm not very good with gastrocameras. Although it was nasal, I felt quite a bit of pain from the time it was inserted...and as expected, I had a lot of nosebleeds... I have to pack tissues for the next half day or so. . Medical checkups may be profitable, but the system is not very smooth. I think there were no problems with the staff's response.

I tried changing my company's health checkup to a local hospital because it was closer, but the gastroscopy was terrible. Other tests were fair to normal. Three of the patients who underwent gastrocamera had nosebleeds that did not stop for over an hour. One person had a sore throat, developed a slight fever the next day, and continued to feel uncomfortable in his stomach for two or three days. One patient still had persistent nosebleeds, and during a comprehensive diagnosis at the end of the checkup, the gastrocamera image was almost out of focus. The image is only 1/3 compared to others. I'm aware that gastrocameras can sometimes cause nosebleeds, but this never happened at the hospital where I had my previous checkup. The anesthesia to the nasal cavity was done in an assembly line and was done in a casual manner, with only a slight touch, and many people felt pain during the gastroscopy. It seems that most employees undergo gastrocameras without any pain, but it became clear that there were significant differences depending on the doctor in charge. Starting next year, I will stop requesting company health checkups at municipal hospitals. It's a shame because it's a public hospital with good facilities.

The other day, my family went there for an emergency, and the staff at the reception and inside were so cold as ice, it was just scary! I thought. When I explained the test results to my family, I felt so cold that it was even creepy. At that time, we were the only patients in the emergency department. In the past, you could be seen right away without a referral, and the doctors were friendly and nice.I wonder if this will change as hospitals grow? I feel lonely. The other day, I had a slight fever even though I had no cold symptoms, and when I called to ask about it, I was coldly told, ``Even if you come to my house, we don't have any specifications for treatment.'' I was stunned and couldn't find the words to respond 💦 Same as last time. Well, if you have the same experience as this time, this is how the emergency department here has become. I don't want to go to the emergency room at a municipal hospital again! !

I contracted the coronavirus towards the end of the coronavirus season, collapsed and was brought here by emergency. I knew I was infected with the coronavirus because my family had been infected with the coronavirus, but I was left alone on the table without getting tested for the coronavirus. From the hospital's point of view, he may have been a regular patient, but I thought it was cruel that he was ignored and left alone. I was also hyperventilating, but the nurse who came by suddenly told me, ``If you don't breathe properly, you won't be able to go home forever,'' and she left me alone again. Of course, I knew I had to exhale properly because I was hyperventilating, but while I was numb and dizzy from hyperventilating and lacking oxygen for the first time, I added, ``It's not that big of a deal.'' What you said made me angry. I was left alone for 6 hours, and after I calmed down a bit, I got in a wheelchair and was taken to the payment area at the reception desk, but when my name was called and I tried to pay the bill, I couldn't get up, but the lady at the reception desk told me I was in trouble. He just stared at me and didn't help me even though I could have walked 3 or 4 steps. I thought it was unkind because the patient was left alone until midnight, even though there were no other patients and they seemed to be busy. I didn't have to undergo any particular tests or receive any medicine, so I just paid the money and was done. I don't want to go there again.

I had made an appointment to see a gynecologist, but I received a call about a week before the appointment date and was told that I had another appointment scheduled and would like to be rescheduled for a different day or time. I had a reservation, but I couldn't understand why I had to change it. +++++++ It's a large hospital, so I thought that even if I went in the morning, I wouldn't be able to get back until the afternoon, but I was called to the examination room about 20 minutes after my appointment time. I may have been early because I had a letter of introduction, but I'm glad I didn't have to wait too long. The inside of the hospital was also nice and clean. The receptionist was also kind.
