I wonder why they chose a building where the air conditioning doesn't work as well and the utility bills are high. It's almost entirely made of glass, so there's no way it won't get hot in the summer. The ceiling is quite high, giving a feeling of openness, but any repairs will likely be expensive. I thought they probably didn't think about the maintenance costs or the users after that. Also, they are still trying to make the Traffic Safety Association pay for the updated course. It's voluntary, and if you're doing something you're not ashamed of, I think you should openly ask for the cost to be covered. Why did they go out of their way to set it up along the route to make it difficult for the faint of heart to refuse?

I went to renew my license. When I was looking for a parking lot, there wasn't one empty row, so when I tried to move to the next row, the road markings only said to go outside. There was no way I could go home, so I had to drive in the opposite direction.I was wondering if something could be done. thought. In the first place, I was pregnant and wanted to park at Ataka Heart if possible, but the parking lot there was full and I couldn't park, so when I tried to turn back, the driver of the car that came after me glared at me. I had no choice but to make a U-turn, so what should I do? Can't we do something about the flow line? Some of the receptionists were kind, and I thought everyone responded differently.

I went to renew my license. Five years ago, we went on a weekday morning and there were a huge number of people, so this time we went on a weekday afternoon. Compared to that number of people, it's definitely better to go in the afternoon. The guide and the receptionist were generally average! I had to wait until I accepted and started the process, but once my number was called, everything went smoothly. The course was completed in 30 minutes because the teacher spoke quickly without making any digressions, and the process of getting my new license was a work-like process that was not wasted and I was not tired.

Please note that photography is prohibited inside the building. Perhaps it was because of the structure of the building that allows plenty of natural light into the room, or perhaps the air conditioner was not working well, but even in October it was quite hot on the second floor reception floor. Especially by the window. Do you take measures to protect yourself from the sun in the summer when direct sunlight enters your home? I was a little worried. Although there are many stools on the reception floor, there are not many chairs with backrests, so the waiting time is painful. By the way, the reason why the toilet bowls are so dirty is because they use well water. (From the sticker inside the toilet) Is it because of aging? Please note that there are no air towels or paper towels in the restroom, so you will need a handkerchief. For those visiting for the new license exam, the reception is open from 8:30 to 9:30 on weekdays, and after submitting documents at reception counter A11 or A12 on the 2nd floor, take an aptitude test (vision test) on the 1st floor. The test will be held for 50 minutes starting around 10:00 in the academic classroom. (Time may vary depending on the number of examinees) Examination results will be announced around 11:00 a.m. Examination numbers will be displayed on multiple monitors installed above the reception counter on the 2nd floor, so be sure to write down your examination numbers in advance. If you pass the exam, first create a PIN registration card using the machine located at the reception counter A12, then take a lunch break. Those who failed the exam will receive their admission ticket etc. at reception counter A7. There is also a store with eat-in space inside the center that sells lunch boxes and drinks (as of 2024, the store seems to have disappeared). If you have your own car brought to you, we recommend Park Place Oita, which is nearby and has a food court with many shops. At around 1:45 p.m., students were gathered in the academic classroom again, and after checking their documents and paying the license issuance fee of 2,050 yen at the reception counter, they waited for a while, and their license was finally issued after 3:00 p.m. Please note that it may take up to 7 hours from the initial reception to receive your license. It may take longer if there are a large number of test takers.
