::I stayed here on August 2nd after hiking in Oze. The building is old as it is a hot spring town with a long history, but the two-room room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, making it comfortable and relaxing. The dinner and morning meals were so plentiful that I couldn't finish them all, and they were all very delicious. I got sunburned, so I was worried that the hot springs would hurt and I wouldn't be able to soak it up. The indoor bath is divided into three bathtubs, each with a different temperature, and I had no problem getting into the lukewarm bath. There were lots of roses floating in the open-air bath, and it smelled good, and the temperature wasn't too high, so I was able to relax and soak in it. It is said to have a skin-beautifying effect, and my skin felt moisturized the next morning. I had breakfast and went back in to stay until 9am. I was asked to raise and lower the futon, and to be honest, it was a very reasonable stay, so I was worried that it would be difficult to operate with a full service. It was a heartwarming stay where you could feel the spirit of hospitality as we received greetings to welcome and farewell. I would like to use it again when I go to Oze.

::This is a comment about the women's bath. Weekdays, Thursday 8/1/2024. The landlady is outside cleaning the garden. Is it okay to stop by and take a bath? When I said ``Please go ahead'', I was allowed to visit. It was 1000 yen for adults. Both indoor baths and outdoor baths are 100% heated, water-added, disinfected, and circulated directly from the source, so I think the quality of the hot springs is perfect. However, one thing that bothers me is the changing room in the women's bath. The place to change clothes, the washroom, the hair...I'm starting to think about where I step...I like remote hot springs and retro hot spring inns, and I've been to a lot of hot spring inns, but the ones that aren't cleaned are... A bit... at least if there was something like a vacuum cleaner or quick wiper, I would have cleaned it myself... That was the only thing that was very disappointing 😭 There are 3 indoor hot springs. Lukewarm water, hot water, normal? and 1 outdoor bath. In the open air, the flowers of hot water were floating, bubbles were coming out, and the fresh greenery was very soothing. While waiting for my partner after taking a bath, I was relaxing with a foot massager when the landlady came over and told me a lot of stories. However, I kept hearing the same story over and over again, so I left the hotel at a good point. As I was getting into the car, I saw the landlady outside to see me off. It was a wonderful and pleasant response. The location is deep in the mountains, where it is difficult to pass each other. I felt like it would be good for people who are not confident in driving. There was one place on the way where I got lost at Y road. Please enter on the left. It was a fun day trip to the hot springs. I'll visit again

::It was a pretty good experience. We enjoyed the scenery and the hot springs. The owner and staff are kind and accommodating. The foods are good ,delicious and healthy more than enough for dinner and breakfast. Thank you everyone ☺️

::The rooms were spacious. However, it was pretty cold at night and the central heating was already off. Te dinner was disappointing, food quality mediocre. The desert was a yoghurt from supermarket with two slices of strawberry. On top of that, during the dinner there was no staff and we weren’t able to order extra drinks even after trying to call the staff repeatedly. The staff was also unable to provide correct information about basic facilities. After explicitly asking we were told baths are 24 hours accessible and then we only learned we cannot enter for a morning bath because there is a cleaning time after 9am. Breakfast was also a disappointment. No drink selection (I was charged for coffee), food was bland. Bedding quality was also low. Thin cold blankets and very hard pillows that gave us sore necks the next day. Staff lives on the premises and in the evening at peak hours right after dinner goes into same baths as guests, which is quite weird.

::The employees were really kind and the bath was pretty. However, there was an old tea bag inside of the teakettle and a spider inside of the dining area. Furthermore, the breakfast is only from 7:30. We had to leave early in the morning and could not get any refund or alternative option like take away. Other hotels offered always take away option. In general I would stay other hotels next time.
