::I arrived around 12:45 on Sunday, September 15th, and the parking lot was full. When I opened the door, there were 3 people sitting in the waiting room. When you go inside and tell them there are two of you, they will give you a number and ask you to wait. At the same time, a voice from inside said, ``Okay, that's it.'' A clerk arrived from behind and put away the open sign. yeah? It said it was open until 3pm. . . Did you think so? ? I decided to wait...It was damn hot, but I couldn't go inside, so I just waited outside. As a soba restaurant that has a strong image of people coming out early and having a rotating customer base, there aren't any customers coming out from inside. After waiting for about 40 minutes, the clerk said he would take your order first. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be seated. There were 7 people sitting at the big table in the center, 9 people including myself. No one is eating. At this point, it has been 1 hour and 5 minutes since we arrived. About 20 minutes later, the food for the four people next to us arrived. He looked quite irritated. I heard a voice from inside saying that there was no more soba, and after a while, I was asked to change the menu. . . I had no choice but to change from regular soba to 2 types of soba. I was already irritated and wanted to go home early, so I ordered a large portion, but I changed it to a regular one. It took another 20 minutes to cook for the three people across from us and the two of us. I thought the dishes from the three people across from me would come out together, but they still haven't arrived. After about 10 minutes, the soba was finally served. It's been 1 hour and 50 minutes since I arrived at the store. Finally, we can get some food. Don't be silly! I was already past my anger and was astonished. If you have to wait this long, no matter how delicious the food is, I don't think it will be good. As expected, there were times when I had run out of soba noodles, and I ended up with a bunch of short soba noodles that looked like leftovers and had been forced into the steamer. Although the rest of the world has a three-day holiday, I only have today off, so I ended up spending two hours of my precious day at this restaurant. The fact that you closed the store when you first entered meant that you knew that this customer would take you until closing time. There are still two hours left until closing. . . So why don't you tell your customers about that? It takes time! It takes 〇 hours! It is also a business to convey information to customers and let them choose. I've been running a restaurant myself for decades, so that's important to me. At a restaurant, service is about conveying not only the taste of the food, but also that kind of thing. I can't forgive myself for letting in as many customers as I want even though I know my processing capacity, only to find out I don't know anymore. Even though they ran out of extra ingredients and couldn't get it out, they forced them to change the menu and made them wait. I wish I could get my precious time back. The final accounting took time and I had to redo it many times. I said I would come again, but I will never go again. I made a post before that made me wait, but please bear with me. good! early! cheap! Or a restaurant. If one of these is lacking, I don't think I can go on unless one of them is good. Not only did I have to wait, the soba wasn't that great either. The price is normal. It's the worst for me.

::We arrived 10 minutes before the store opened at 11:30, and there were already 5 groups of customers waiting. We were seated right after the restaurant opened, but it took a good hour for our food to be served. I ordered the vegetable tempura and the unusual soba noodles. Overall, the portions were large (especially the tempura) and I was full. The food was delicious and well worth the wait. However, the soba noodles made with butterbur are a bit disappointing.

::The atmosphere of the shop was quiet and the staff were very polite and had a good customer service. Of course, the soba noodles were also delicious. It's worth eating even if you have to wait a little bit.

::This is a soba restaurant with a good reputation that I've been wanting to visit for a while. It's crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so I took the opportunity to visit after 1:00 on a weekday. Luckily, there were no customers, so we were able to enjoy the meal in peace and quiet. The vegetable tempura soba had thin noodles that were chewy despite being warm, and the soup stock was delicious. Both the tempura and the quantity are good value for the price. The boiled dumplings were also very delicious, with plenty of green onions in the mildly flavored soup stock. Next time I would like to try the cold soba noodles.
