  Posted about 10 Christmas cards to recipients in several countries. Over 8 months later, no one received any card. Postage was added by the staff.

  Although it is often crowded, the service from the staff is very good. Due to its location, it is often used by elderly people, and there are often long waits at the cash dispenser. At the counter, I saw a staff member explaining things in an easy-to-understand manner to elderly people. I think, ``Wow, that's great.''

  Even though it's near the station, it's extremely inconvenient that the ATMs aren't working on Saturday afternoons. I saw it when I was eating at the soba restaurant across the street, and I often see people leaving after trying to use it. I wonder if they haven't done any research on what kind of customers use it and what time of day.

  First time visiting post offices! first time! I have been told. "This is a financial institution, so photos are not allowed. Haven't you ever been told that?" There isn't. sorry. Scary.
