  My father was in the hospital before. I was using a shuttle taxi, but I was confused when I was suddenly told that I would be picking up my family from tomorrow because it was physically difficult for me to ride. In addition, when I requested a doctor's order to use nursing care services, the substitute doctor and care worker refused, saying that it was not necessary. My family was in trouble and I asked for help, but they were adamant that they couldn't do it. On the contrary, I felt like I was being pushed into providing services that I didn't want. The nurses seemed nice, but I am full of distrust of the hospital's approach. By the way, when I made an appointment to meet with my doctor on the same day, he was a substitute doctor. If there is another hospital to choose from, I will not choose this one next time.
