  This is the place I've been going to since before it was new. It's clean and has a large parking lot, so I think it's easy to get to.

  Really bad attitude. I'm also busy, so I might be delaying it again because of the rewrites, but I really don't like it when I feel like I'm rushing things by tapping my fingers on the desk.

  I was very impressed with the customer service at the counter. However, the young female employee behind the counter said, ◯◯, are you serious?　◯◯ right? I'm sure the employees were talking about work, but I was disappointed. You may use such words behind your back, but in front of the customer, and even your boss who is nearby should be able to hear you. You can hear it from where I was sitting in the second row waiting area. Don't you teach common sense to use honorific language even with close friends at work? Local credit unions, please educate them properly. The quality of credit unions has declined.
